Since 2015, the Wilmington Area Education Foundation has hosted an annual 5K run to benefit the students and teachers of the Wilmington Area School District through educational grants and special project funding.

Beer and Wine Tasting Dinner
The inaugural 2016 Beer and Wine Tasting Dinner was a great success for the Foundation. Great libations and savory fare were capped off by an engaging live music presentation in the quaint abode of the Cedar Farm Inn Tap Room.
